2. Not financial services
Etera Inv provides educational tools only. Nothing on this website constitutes financial advice, investment recommendations, trading signals or a guarantee of results. Trading involves substantial risk.
Etera Inv is not a broker, financial adviser, portfolio manager or signals provider, and does not manage money or place trades on your behalf. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and outcomes.
3. Orders and payment
Payment is taken through our secure payment provider's hosted checkout. Your order is accepted once payment is confirmed. Prices include any tax shown at checkout.
4. Immediate delivery and cancellation
Before payment you must tick the following statement: “I consent to immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that once delivery begins, I lose my 14-day right to cancel.” Delivery begins immediately on successful payment. See the Refund Policy for full detail.
5. Licence
You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the workbook on your own devices. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, sublicense or share the file or its contents, or present it as your own product.
6. Download links
Download links are private, tied to your order and time-limited. Sharing a link is a breach of these terms and links may be revoked. If a link expires before you download, contact us and we will reissue it.
7. Liability
The toolkit is provided “as is” for educational use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Etera Inv is not liable for trading losses or for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the toolkit. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
