Refund Policy
Last updated 27 August 2026
Change-of-mind refunds are unavailable once digital delivery begins following the customer's express consent and acknowledgement. This does not affect statutory rights where digital content is faulty, materially misdescribed or not supplied.
Your consent at checkout
Before payment you must tick two unticked boxes: one acknowledging that trading involves substantial risk and that no performance or profit is guaranteed, and one requesting immediate digital access and acknowledging that your statutory cancellation right may be lost once digital delivery begins. Delivery begins immediately after payment is confirmed.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel at any time from your account or the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; access remains active until the end of the current paid period and part periods are not refunded.
When we will refund
- Access was never supplied and we are unable to activate it.
- The system is faulty and cannot be repaired or replaced within a reasonable time.
- The product is materially different from its description on this website at the time of purchase.
- The payment was duplicated or unauthorised.
Refunds are not available for trading losses, broker or platform behaviour, spreads, slippage, connectivity issues, or because results differed from historical or simulated performance.
How to request one
Message us through the contact form with the email address used at checkout and a description of the problem. We aim to reply within two working days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 working days.
Access problems first
If your issue is activation or setup rather than the product itself, contact us before requesting a refund — we can verify your TradingView username, reissue setup instructions and reissue a Toolkit download link at no cost.
