1. Nature of the product

Automatic True Trader — MT5 Sync is a trading technology product. Etera Inv is not a broker, financial adviser, portfolio manager or discretionary signals service, does not hold client funds and does not manage your account. All trading activity occurs in your own brokerage account under your own control.

2. Leverage and loss of capital

Trading leveraged instruments involves substantial risk. Leverage amplifies both gains and losses, and losses may exceed your initial deposit depending on your broker and account type. Only deploy capital you can afford to lose.

3. Past and simulated performance

Historical, simulated and backtested results are hypothetical and do not guarantee future performance. Backtests do not account for all real-market conditions and may overstate achievable results.

4. Execution conditions

• Spreads, commissions, swaps and slippage affect realised outcomes.
• Latency, requotes and liquidity gaps can change fill prices.
• Platform outages, internet interruptions, broker restrictions or third-party connector failures can prevent an instruction from reaching MetaTrader 5.

5. Automation risk

Automated execution runs without human confirmation once configured. You are responsible for your account settings, risk parameters, position sizing, instrument selection and for monitoring the system. Etera Inv cannot control your broker, terminal or connector.

Nothing on this website, in the product or in any supporting documentation constitutes financial advice, an investment recommendation, a personal recommendation or an offer to buy or sell any instrument. Seek independent professional advice where appropriate.

7. Licence and third parties

Your subscription grants you personal access to Automatic True Trader while your subscription remains active. Source code, proprietary configurations and underlying trading logic remain the intellectual property of Etera Inv.
