This policy explains what personal data Etera Inv collects when you use this website or subscribe to Automatic True Trader — MT5 Sync, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Data we collect

  • Account and subscription data — your email address, full name, the plan purchased, amount paid, renewal dates, country and the consents you gave at checkout.
  • Payment data — card details are entered on our payment provider's hosted checkout and are never seen or stored by Etera Inv. We receive only a transaction reference and status.
  • Activation data — your TradingView username and MT5 broker, used solely to grant and maintain your access.
  • Support data — the name, email address and message you submit through the contact form.
  • Technical data — essential cookies and basic log data used to operate checkout and secure file delivery.

Why we use it

  • To take payment and provide the subscription you bought (contract).
  • To activate and maintain your TradingView and MT5 access (contract).
  • To send order confirmations, renewal notices and download links (contract).
  • To answer support enquiries (legitimate interests).
  • To keep records required for tax and accounting (legal obligation).

Sharing

We share data only with the processors needed to run the service: our payment provider, our email delivery provider, our hosting and database provider, and TradingView for the purpose of granting invite-only indicator access. We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising.

Retention

Order and subscription records are kept for six years to satisfy tax requirements. Contact messages are kept for up to 24 months. Download links expire automatically.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact us through the contact form and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Cookies

We use essential cookies and local storage to run checkout, remember your cookie choice and protect download links. Optional analytics cookies are only set if you accept them in the cookie notice; you can change your choice by clearing site data.
