Data we collect

• Order data — your email address, the product purchased, amount paid, country and the consent you gave at checkout.
• Payment data — card details are entered on our payment provider's hosted checkout and are never seen or stored by Etera Inv. We receive only a transaction reference and status.
• Support data — the name, email address and message you submit through the contact form.
• Technical data — essential cookies and basic log data used to operate checkout and secure file delivery.

Why we use it

• To take payment and deliver the digital product you bought (contract).
• To send order confirmation and download links (contract).
• To answer support enquiries (legitimate interests).
• To keep records required for tax and accounting (legal obligation).

Sharing

We share data only with the processors needed to run the service: our payment provider, our email delivery provider and our hosting and database provider. We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising.

Retention

Order records are kept for six years to satisfy tax requirements. Contact messages are kept for up to 24 months. Download links expire automatically.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact us through the contact form and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
